Kuwait central bank raises policy rate by 25 bps
Kuwait's central bank said on Wednesday that it was raising its discount rate by a quarter of a percentage point to 2.50 percent. The announcement came minutes after the U.S. Federal Reserve raised interest rates by a quarter point and signalled a faster pace of increases in 2017.
